Cybercrop Part 5

My printer didn't like me for this challenge... I wanted to print the picture in black and white but the printer instead chose to use red and white. I was intrigued by the result and used the picture nevertheless :)

Mein Drucker mochte mich bei dieser Challenge nicht... Ich wollte das Bild in schwarz-weiß ausdrucken, aber der Drucker hat sich stattdessen für rot und weiß entschieden. Ich fand das Ergebnis irgendwie interessant und habe das Bild trotz allem benutzt :)


The challenge was to create a symmetric LO using stash in multiples of four - I thought this would be the perfect chance to scrap more pictures of the cold day that already 'starred' for one of the challenges during the Paperbraut Online Crop.

Die Challenge bestand darin, ein symmetrisches LO zu gestalten, bei dem man Material in vielfachen von 4 benutzt - ich dachte mir, dass das die perfekte Gelegenheit wäre, mehr Bilder von dem kalten Tag zu scrappen, zu dem auch schon ein LO beim Paperbraut Onlinecrop entstanden ist.

Cybercrop Part 4

This LO still is a bit bare but it will hopefully be filled over the year; for every month there will hopefully be a round picture with a few notes scattered around it.

Dieses LO ist noch ein wenig kahl, aber es wird sich hoffentlich im Lauf des Jahres füllen; für jeden Monat wird es hoffentlich ein rundes Bild mit ein paar Stichworten rundherum geben.

This is based on a challenge to create a girly LO without using pink - but I adore pink!

Es gab eine Challenge, ein girly LO zu machen, ohne dabei rosa/pink zu benutzen - aber ich mag rosa total gerne!

The title for this page is a bit rude but it was something that needed to be documented. We were playing a board game and one player was grabbing one of the last ports available - without thinking, another player shouted the word from the title.

Der Titel für diese Seite ist nicht sonderlich "höflich", aber es musste festgehalten werden. Wir haben 'Die Siedler' gespielt und einer der Mitspieler hat sich einen der letzten verfügbaren Hafen geschnappt - ohne nachzudenken, hat ein anderer Mitspieler "Hafenschlampe" gerufen.

Cybercrop Part 3

I also started and finished my LOs for Christmas 2008. This was all based on a challenge by Shimelle - there was a restricted amount of stash and I just carried on until there was no more CS or PP left. Not a lot of embellies on the pages but I'm happy that I'm done with those pictures :)

Ich habe außerdem meine LOs für Weihnachten 2008 angefangen und fertig bekommen. Dies war alles auf einer Challenge von Shimelle basiert - es gab eine eingeschränkte Menge an Stash und ich habe einfach weitergemacht, bis weder CS noch PP übrig war. Nicht sonderlich viele Embellishments auf den Seiten, aber ich freue mich, dass ich mit den Bildern fertig bin :)

Cybercrop Part 1

The CC weekend was all a bit of a blur of crafting, crafting, snacking, crafting, sleeping a tiny bit and more crafting. Nevertheless I enjoyed it and got loads done (I've also changed some LOs after the CC because I had second thoughts). I'm sure I'll be forgetting some things but let's just go bit by bit.
Das Cybercrop Wochenende war ein Rausch aus Crafting, Crafting, Naschen, Crafting, ein bisschen Schlafen und mehr Crafting. Trotzdem hat es mir sehr viel Spaß gemacht und ich habe recht viel geschafft (ich habe hinterher ein paar LOs leicht geändert, weil sie mir noch nicht ganz gefallen haben). Ich bin sicher, dass ich ein paar Sachen vergessen werde, aber ich geh einfach mal Stück für Stück durch.

I continued to work on my Stratford album. The first batch of layouts are from the Shakespeare sites. Everything is based on classes or challenges at the CC.

Ich habe weiter an meinem Stratford Album gearbeitet. Die erste Gruppe an LOs sind für Fotos von den Shakespeare Sehenswürdigkeiten. Alles ist auf Classes oder Challenges vom CC basiert.

Cybercrop Weekend

Even though I didn't officially take part in the Cybercrop at UKS (I don't even have a profile there), I watched my sister being very busy and saw two classes that I simply couldn't resist.

Obwohl ich nicht offiziell beim UKS Cybercrop mitgemacht habe (ich habe dort noch nicht mal ein Profil eingerichtet), habe ich meine Schwester dabei beobachtet, wie sie sehr fleißig war; dabei habe ich zwei Classes entdeckt, denen ich einfach nicht widerstehen konnte.

Cybercrop preparation

In the course of the upcoming Cybercrop at UKScrappers, one of the challenges was to create a LO using Glimmer Mist (I can't get this to work, it's on the tiny piece of paper disguised as a mat for the apple). Another LO should show ones most identifying characteristic (I wasn't sure which one to use, so I chose a few words and noted them down on the journalling strips).

Im Zuge des bald anstehenden Cyberbrops bei UKScrappers war eine der Challenges, ein LO mit Glimmer Mist zu machen (ich krieg das einfach nicht hin, es ist auf dem winzigen Stück Papier, das sich als Mat für den Apfel tarnt). Ein anderes LO sollte die hervorstechenste Eigenschaft zeigen, die man hat (ich war mir nicht sicher, welche ich nehmen soll, und habe deswegen ein paar Worte ausgesucht und auf die Journallingstrips geschrieben).
